Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations
We ship locally and internationally.
Local orders (South Africa): Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International orders: Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
